Physical Products:

For trading card game products related to Drakara's Legacy, we offer returns within 30 days of the purchase date under the following conditions:

• The product must be unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging.
• Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@phantomarcgames.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once the return is approved, further instructions will be provided.

Clothing and Accessories:

Clothing and accessories are considered non-refundable unless otherwise determined by Phantom Arc Games. If you believe your product is defective or requires a refund or exchange, please contact us at info@phantomarcgames.com with details of your issue. Refunds for clothing and accessories are not guaranteed until we have reviewed and approved your request.

Digital Products:

All digital products are non-refundable. Once purchased, digital items such as e-books or downloadable materials cannot be returned or refunded.
